SoundSkins® Pro Saddlebag Speaker Lid Kit for Harley Davidson® Touring models from 1998 to 2013 is a precision-engineered sound deadening solution crafted to dramatically reduce lid resonance, unwanted vibration, and distracting noise inside your saddlebag lids. This kit helps your speakers perform cleaner and louder by stabilizing the lid panels and creating a better acoustic environment.
Designed for compatibility with Street Glide®, Road Glide®, Road King®, Electra Glide, and Ultra Glide models over those years, it works with factory, extended, and stretched saddlebag lids. The kit includes 18 pre-cut pieces that cover 4.7 sq ft total inside both lids. Constructed of 1.5 mm butyl rubber bonded to 3 mm acoustic foam, it has a combined thickness of 4.5 mm.
Because the pieces are pre-cut and adhesive-backed (“peel and stick”), installation is streamlined and straightforward. Once installed, the kit reduces lid “ringing,” lowers distortion, and allows your audio system to deliver better clarity, deeper bass, and a cleaner soundstage within your saddlebags.
