SoundSkins® Pro Saddlebag Kit for Harley Davidson® Touring Models (1998–2013) is a pre-cut sound deadening kit engineered to significantly reduce resonance, vibrations, and noise inside your saddlebag lids. This kit transforms otherwise hollow lid panels into much better speaker enclosures, allowing your audio system to perform cleaner and louder without distortion.
Designed to fit both standard, extended, and stretched saddlebags for 1998–2013 Touring models (Street Glide®, Road Glide®, Road King®, Electra Glide, Ultra Glide), the kit includes 22 pre-cut pieces for full coverage. It’s made from 1.5 mm butyl bonded to 3 mm acoustic foam, for a total thickness of 4.5 mm, and covers about 18.12 sq ft inside both lids. The material is heat-resistant, waterproof, and adhesive-backed for secure, long-lasting installation.
While the kit can stand alone, it’s best when covered by a custom bag liner to protect the material. Use this kit to decrease unwanted lid noise, increase audio clarity, and maintain the structural integrity of your saddlebag lids.
