SoundSkins® Pro Saddlebag Kit for Harley Davidson® Touring Models (2014–2023) is a pre-cut sound deadening / dampening kit designed to dramatically reduce vibration and unwanted resonance inside your saddlebag lids. With this kit, you’ll turn otherwise resonant panels into effective speaker enclosures, letting your audio system perform cleaner and louder.
Specifically formulated for Harley Touring models (Street Glide®, Road Glide®, Electra Glide, Road King®, Ultra Glide) from 2014 to 2023, the kit comes with 16 pre-cut pieces that fit standard factory, extended, and stretched saddlebags. It’s composed of 1.5 mm butyl rubber bonded to 3 mm smooth acoustic foam, achieving a total thickness of 4.5 mm.
Once installed, it covers around 18.12 square feet of surface area (both bag lids combined) and helps reduce wind and road noise, curb vibrations that muddy sound, and provide a more stable acoustic environment for your speakers. Installation is made easier because the panels are pre-cut — you simply “peel and stick” to line the interior of each lid.

SoundSkins® Pro is a combination of 3 layers, acoustic foam, foil & rubber butyl (the black sticky stuff). This custom blend of materials allows you to layer any panels in your vehicle to reduce vibrations and resonance for a clearer audio output.
The rubber butyl has a high adhesive level meaning it will never never fall off once applied correctly. The foam and butyl are both waterproof and heat proof designed to stand the test of time.
